ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Cancellation requests must be raised immediately via our support channels

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We follow strict quality control standards. In rare cases where issues arise:
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

REFUND PROCESS

Each Celtic product undergoes a detailed inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in texture, shade, or finish are natural characteristics of leather and handcrafted products — these are not considered defects.
